The Future of Televigion

I’ve got a plan to write a series of posts under the title “Moments” – dealing with those big hitter experiences when watching something on TV has remained in my mind. Watch this space.

But in coming back to this blog, I found a draft of a post from July 11th 2020 at 2.43pm (UH OH, A LOCKDOWN PROJECT)…

So what I remember is that I was going to watch something on the iPlayer from each letter of the alphabet. Chosen in a random way to challenge my prejudices and preconceptions. Obviously instead I went for my daily allowed walk or watched the free weekly National Theatre Live offering instead (was that weekly? Some of them were good? Or were we all mad?)

So at least I’ve got a back up plan if “Moments” run dry.
